Shipping:

DG Cedar Oil will generally ship your items within one business day of receipt of cleared payment. In the event your order cannot be processed in a timely fashion, you will be notified via email or phone as to the situation involving your particular order. We will include an estimate as to when the order will be fullfilled.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Product returns should be initiated by you via the "email us" link provided at the footer of any page on the website or by telephone at 714-402-9419 within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s). Return issues filed by regular mail should be postmarked within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s). Please include a brief description of the reason you are returning the item(s). In general, returns are acceptable for items that are unopened and unused product items that are returned to us in original shipping cartons and recieved in good condition. All returns are subject to the following terms at the discretion of DG Cedar Oil:

1). DG Cedar Oil will accept return shipments. We may apply a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of DG Cedar Oil.
2). Return shipping fees may the responsibilty of the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made.
3). Any refunds or credits cannot be applied until the return items are received by DG Cedar Oil in good condition.

Cancellations:

Cancellations can be applied to all orders prior to shipment. All cancelations can be made via the "email us" link provided at the footer of any page on the website or by telephone at 714-402-9419. Cancelations may be subject to all terms established in accordance with your method of payment. Should you cancel an order prior to us shipping the item, we will hault all shipping activity and contact you with details surrounding your cancellation and/or payment credit. You will receive credit to your method of payment rather than a cash refund. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the cancelation should be handled as outlined in our returns section above.

Damaged and Defective Items:

Damage Claims must be initiated by you via the "email us" link provided at the footer of any page on the website or by telephone at 714-402-9419 within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s). Damage Claims filed by regular mail must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s). If we determine if the damage was done as a result of mishandling by the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the shipper and work out a solution for you based on your needs and recognized reasonable business practices. If the defect is determined to have been caused during the manufacturing process, bottling process, mishandling of product by us and/or poor packaging precautions taken by us, we will either:

(1) Replace the product promptly or
(2) Apply credit to your method of payment.
